GBLTC is hosting the Quorn Family Cup on Sunday 29 May

The Quorn Family Tennis cup aims to provided an opportunity to play in an informal, fun tennis competition to encourage families to play tennis more often.

The competition will see family pairs play doubles in a round robin format.

The games will be played on a mini court with red balls, and all players must use a 23″ racket or smaller, which can be provided if necessary.

The fun family tournament will give you a great opportunity to play tennis with your budding tennis star, competing against other pairs.

The Pairs

Each pair must consist of one child and one adult member 

• The child must be born 1/9/2005 or later (10 and under)
• The adult family member must be born 31/8/1997 or earlier

(Adult member = parent, carer, guardian, step parent, co parent, uncle, aunt, sibling or grandparent.)

There will be a sign up form located on one of the club notice boards, or alternatively you can email ashs_tennis@yahoo.co.uk with your entry details. We need to know the name and age of your junior player,  family member name, and your phone number.

 You need to make sure you have registered your details on the sign up form, or email, by Saturday 28th May, 2pm.

 Certificates will be given to each pair taking part. The prize for the GBLTC Quorn Family Cup, will be the opportunity to play winners from other venues as well as watch professional tennis at a Quorn Family Tennis Cup Festival held at one of the LTA Grass Court Events in June.

 There is a small entry fee of £5 per pair, which is payable on the day.

 Please note, only one of the pair needs to be a member of GBLTC in order to enter.
