The Coaches

Our juniors are already looking forward to another year of coaching, competitions and bespoke tennis camps run by our Head Coach, Richard and our two coaches Katie and Jake.

At Great Baddow LTC, we have 3 full time fully qualified coaches and between us we pride ourselves on finding new young talent, and helping them get the very best out of their abilities and be the best tennis player they can be.

We provide coaching from as young as 3 years old, where the children learn basic tennis skills and techniques, keep fit whilst learning, having fun and enjoying many different tennis games.

From the age of 6 upwards, our young players are encouraged to join the mini red team, where they can compete against other clubs in various local leagues.  We have been the Division Winners 2014, 2015 and 2016 for the Chelmsford, Marconi and Halstead & District Leagues.  At the ages of 9 and 10 we have orange ball and green ball teams and then at the age of 11 they progress to the many hard ball teams we have.  In total we have 6 teams that compete at various levels.
